Default Head torque on TB 250

Are there any horror storys about 250's pushin' headgaskets out? My owners manual says to re-torque after 25 hours, but the dealer says "If you want to", should it be done? If so do you just do the head, or cyl. too? What is the torque spec? Any help would be great!
Thanks
