Trailblazer Timing???
#2
I don't know if it will help, thats for the Polaris gureu's to say.
The stock Ignition timing is 25 degress BTDC @ 3000 RPM +/- 1.5 degress.
The inspection hole is in the starter recoil/ magneto housing.
If you are going to reset the timing:
1. Remove magneto housing
2. Remove flywheel
3. Loosen stator plate & adjust stator plate position.
Clockwise retards ignition and counter clockwise advances the ignition.
The book says to check the position with a room temp. at or around 68 F
and to NOT let the engine run and warm up because a warm engine
will retard approx. 2 degress.

Ya straight from the book.
However I found that if you have the flywheel lighted the timing marks maybe gone. All you can do is removed the flywheel, puller required, and check the markes at the stator plate.
