Mine is covered under warranty. Polaris just wanted to make sure I didn't slam anything to cause the crack. I'm alittle concerned about the defect in the casing. I noticed a whole other tranny problem up above in a different topic. What the hell is up with these scrambler trannys anyway? After dumping good cash on a brand new quad I shouldn't have to worry about a defective tranny.
