I broke down and took mine down to the dealership. They charged me $200 to install the winch. They said it takes them 3 hours. Who knows if that's true or not, but I absolutely hate electrical work, so now I'm $200 poorer.

It took the dealer 45 min. to install on my 03 600... It was part of the deal when I bought the machine I installed my own on a 500 HO and I think it took about 11/2 hrs...

I just put a Warn on my 04 SP400 last weekend. It took me about 2 hours, but that was taking my time and making sure all the wiring was neat. I didn't think it was too difficult, the hardest part was getting to the bolts holding on the front bumper.
