MODQUAD ; JET hot ceramic coating???
How much will it coast for that coating to be put on my Predators head pipe???? Also how will it hold up to the abuse of riding.
Also THANKS KEN !!!! without you we polaris owners would have no in put in any mags---. WE all know that DirtWheels is antipolaris but, having you on the inside of ATV SPORT helps us all know that someone will get it right for a polaris product. Also we finaly get to see some polaris stuff in the mag.
COOL
THANK YOU and we will be looking for you in atv sport

I'm pretty sure it's about $75 to get the headpipe coated. I know in modquad's article, it reduced heat around the headpipes by 1/2. They hold their luster very well and the coating is very durable. It looks really sweet on his scrammy pipe as well!! Well worth the $75 so the head pipes don't show that nasty rust anymore!

Aw shucks. Thanks for the comments. Pudl hit the numbers on the head. Even after a season of harescrambles, with burnt on Gatorade, and other stuff, it cleans up like new. If you could, I would appreciate you telling them that you read about it in ATV Sport. Doesn't hurt to mention nifty forums like ATV Connection either.....that helps them give them hints on where to spend their advertizing dollars.
Thanks again, and happy trails!

I have seriously been considering this myself. My only question is can they do this with a pipe that already is showing some rust or do you have to send them a new pipe? If you do send them a very slightly rusted pipe, does it come back smooth or will it have the sight rust blemishes?
