Where's NCScrambler?

Hey guys, thanks for all the good comments. Anyone can pm me for any help at any time. I may not be real quick getting back, but I will eventually I promise. Bing, I was at Brown Mountain OHV area. I had just rebuilt the top-end, first ride as a matter of a fact. It was more of a tuning session than anything and I always hated having people tag along on those trips because I had to stop so many times and I knew they would hate waiting on me, But... that is no excuse. I know that now. Never ride alone and always wear a HELMENT!!! Also I think worth mentioning, if you have a $70 head then buy a $70 helment, but if you value your life, but the nicest one you can find. I haven't gotten to thank the people that rescued me or saved my life, except for the doctors. But I hope to someday soon, I will probably make an announcement in the local paper. Well, thanks again everyone and keep praying for me, I need it.

Hey NC what happened that you got hurt so badly? Looks like you might have hit a tree. Just a little info to help other people out on knowing what not to do. Glad that you are healing well. Ever since I have been a member I have heard Few members die and alot get seriously hurt. I was 1 of them. Last winter I had both my knees reconstructed because I hit a ditch going 40+ mph and got thrown foreward. Both leggs hit the bars and tore my knees completely apart. I was wearing my helmet and was knocked out for a minute or so. I still have good and bad days but am back to riding, but with more caution. Everyone needs to be aware of the surroundings before every ride. Even if you have rode there a million times. I hit a 4ft washout on a trail that I have ridden many times. Good luck on your recovery and dont let it stop you from riding. I know your gf wants you to get rid of the quad just like my wife did but things happen and you learn from your mistakes. Later! 2MANY
