Default I need some quad mechanic advice! help

I was riding my scrambler 500 yesterday..Just to run it a while since its freezin here..well It ended up dying on me after 10 minutes...simple mistake...I ran out of gas...no biggy...I filled it back up with gas..and havent got it running since...I got it started once after filling it up and putting it on high choke...white smoke came out of the exhaust while it was running..but after about two minutes it died..and hasn't been alive since. I can't even get it to want to kick over....I need some help..I have good gas in it...I'm just wondering If the carb. might have dirt or something in it??? But I plan on working on it this weekend..and I could use some info. on what the hell might be wrong!! I need to get it up and running soon. I'm getting quad fever and want to ride! Help!

Sounds like dirt in the carb, check the pilot jet it is for starting . the one ting that I don't undersand is how you say it dosen't kick over.
What do you mean.IT dosen't start? Or the motor dosen't turn at all. Is the starter tunning the motor?

check your spark plug and clean it off or buy a new one. I bet it will fire right up, you may have flooded it.

Put a new spark plug in it first. It is a cheap easy test. Good Luck

The scram takes a while to get it to start after you run it out of gas (or take the carb off). You may have to crank on it for a while. But is sounds like you flooded and or fouled your plug

I think it's flooded also. Same thing happened to my Scrammy. I let it sit overnight and the next day it started fine.
