Default Sound of pipes

Hey, granted this isnt a very important topic, but i would like to know what kind of sound does a hpd pipe with an rcr stage 1 kit make on a Trailblazer 250. I am just wondering cuz my friend has a blaster with a FMF fatty pipe and it sounds just like my dad's chain saw. What effects the sound? Do 2-strokes and 4-strokes have different sounds? Thanks for your time!

The Polaris 2 stroke has a much different sound then the blaster and banshee. The Polaris is louder and more tingy. Nothing like a chainsaw for sure. If you get a silencer that is more quiet you still get alot of noise from inside the chamber but not from the silencer.

Whats wrong with chainsaws??? lol JK 4 strokes are deep and throaty, lol, that dosent sound right, however from a two stroke you can expect a higher pitch ring ding ding ding. If youve ever heard a sled...nothing like it sleds go BRAAAAPP....i love that sound. HURRY SNOW HURRY...sorry bout that

If you get ritters exhuast, it's gonna sound like a small airplane at full revs!! LOUD. Get HPD's queit pipe, or intermediate...ritter's is loud!

is there ne thing else that effects the way that the quad sounds? I mean like new carbs, porting, different compression, different fuel. I really like that four stroke sound, but love my quad, is they any way to get that sound on a 2 stroke?

No you cant make a 2-stroke sound like a four-sroke and vice versa..it just dosent work the engines are wayyyyy to different with valves and such. Maybe if you turbo charged your TB......
