Default 04 Predator #1 flaw and other gripes

The issue is that I don't like A rusty Quad!!
Also I'm Not as young as you may think. I'm 29 and I even feel that I would be to old if I was picking the test crew.
I don't feel old but, come on now you have to face the facts , YOUNG guys will take more chances and have more energy. I'm not saying that you and your friends wouldn't take chances. I have many friends in there 40s and they do fine .
I just feel that they could have found more problems with a youger Crew.JUST MY OPINION!!I'm also Jealous!
ONe more problem that i forgot tto write is how about the seat hitting the air box rubbing holes in it.

For your radiator cap I reccommend putting a 250R cap on. Its a perfect fit and tighter. This means more internal pressure and a higher boiling point which means its harder to overheat.

I have the same problems with the plastic by the tank and the seat, my knees are sore as hell from that damn piece. My dealer says that I must be an old dirt bike rider, but I just feel when I get riding hard, that I need to hang on for all I'm worth and that is where I grab. On the 03's do you guys have problems with the small gas vent hose always breaking off, if so, what is the fix??

I put a zip tie on my fuel vent hose to hold enough slack up so that it doesn't bind and tear.
