My brother had a Banshee that I tore up pretty good a couple years back. I took it to a company near my house that specialized in plastics. Long story short, they were able to "weld" it back together. Matched the color too! Hope this helps.

there is a process called extrude welding which is a form of plastic fusion. I became familar with it on a job site and used it to repair my fenders. It will look sloppy until you get familar with the process but once you got it it make a stong repair. Stronger than the original plastic in fact.

Lee supply in PA rent the equipment and sells the welding rods, but they are designed for large commercial applications and would be costly. You can heat metal plates and melt the plastic back together, But start on the backside first.

Good luck.

Harbor Freight tools has a plastic welding kit for $30. It's mailorder. I haven't tried it yet. Try www.harborfreight.com and enter part no. 41592-1vga. They also have a powder coating kit for$100, you need an old oven, don't use your mom's. Eiger2, out.

personally, your quad isn't worth plastic, run it with no plastic it will be easier to clean that way as well and faster and look cool too.
