[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]KNOCK ON WOOD..WE HAVE YET TO TOW A POLARIS BACK TO CAMP DUE TO A BREAK DOWN..OUT OF GAS MAYBE(SCRAMBLERS) BUT NOT DUE TO BREAK DOWN...I have found that if you take CARE of your machine it will pretty much take care of you...and by the way on some of our annual rides we have as many as 30-35 atv's..We have riders from teens to riders who are in late sixtys...POLARIS THE ONLY WAY OUT..P.S WHY DO SO MANY WANABE'S WHO OWN OTHER BRANDS SPEND THEIR TIME ON THE POLARIS FORUM..SURE TELLS ME SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well over 1 million made. There are going to be some that break. Thats life. ALL manufactures have their lemons, yes, even your precious Kawasaki!!! Mine have NEVER left me stranded or boke down on me. It has NEVER failed to start or ruin my weekend. Some people don't understand that these machines require maintence. How can you expect a machine to treat you good if you don't perform the proper maintence?

one good thing about a polaris. the bobber like headlight pod keeps them afloat
so you can pull them back to shore . have seen this twice in the same day. its just a real drag
when you have to wait for the polaris boys to drain their bikes before the ride can go on.
none of the other brands had any trouble wading the river, even my then little kodiak.
p.s the headlights look like little fish bowls when there half
full of water

THERE IS NO DOUBT NOW!!!!
Yes all machines requires some maintainance, but why is polaris using all of those grease squirts? And my best friend bought a 600polaris 4 months ago and it is in the shop waiting on a new motor????? One of the pistons froze. I understand that every machine will break eventually, but if you check out consumer report for atv's, polaris has been last in reliability.
