Preperation for the new season
With the new season comming up, what do you guys do special to prepare yourselves to race?? I was just wondering what I needed to do to get in shape. Do you lift weights, if so what types of lifts, run, ride, eat differently?? Just wondering what to do to better myself to the limit. Does anyone know the site that was posted on here a while ago about predator suspension settings? It was posted incorrectly, and I was interested in the site. Thanks for all of the help. Brad
