What's with these fuji engines?

Default What's with these fuji engines?

I think the liberty twins are made in the usa. Fuji has made snowmobile engines for polaris for many years.

Default What's with these fuji engines?

Honda Buster is right, the 488 motor that has been used in the Indy 500 for YEARS is a fuji. You will find a fuji motor in a ton of polaris's vehicals. Only in the past couple years have the sleds shifted over to the Libarty motors but guess what, the 488 is still an option and still very popular. There arn't too many, if any bad fuji motors out there. In all the "comon place" motor failures Polaris has had, it has always been when they have tried to use a differnt motor such as the Libarty twins (VES problems in 01-02), the '03 monoblocks (crank bearings 96-97), etc etc. If it ain't broke, don't fix it [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
