I screwed up and cracked the fender on my 4 wheeler. Is there a way to weld or epoxie the crack?

I'm not sure but i know that Polaris plastic is cheap to buy from the dealer, if you have a Scrambler or TB Hot Seat Performance sells after market plastic. I was quoted about 200 for all new Plastic for my Sportsman I thought about getting yellow for it my girlfriend loves yellow.

If you don't replace the plastic why not try some of the green stuff that comes in a tube, it is of a fiberglass compound, definetly don't use bondo cause it will only just crack back out the fiberglass stuff is the good stuff that automotive repair shops use instead of bondo...

ive seen people drill holes on both sides of the crack and run wire ties thru and tighten them..then use a hot glue gun and coat the whole area..cheaper than new plastic

Xplor,

I dont know about utility quads, but here in U.S. Dollars, I could replace all plastic and graphics around the $300 neighborhood.

The yellow plastic may be that expensive due to the fact that its newer??? Who Knows
