Is there any difference in the swingarm and what is the difference if there is. can you put a non=concentric swingarm on a 2000 scrambler?

Yes there is a difference, Why would you want to do that?
The concentric drive machines began in 97 or 98.
The 2000 swing arm is acctualy different from the 99 and prior models.
The 2000 models have 2" longer travel suspension. 10.2 vs 8.2 on prior models.

The 99 should be concentric as well. I believe that 98 was the first year for the concentric

IT will work I have put a 99 on a 2000 before BUT, I had to change the shock mount.I think that some 99s late in the year had the long travel and First models 99 had the smaller travel with the other Fox shock.
