little 400 sport vs. the big bad 700 vforce

I think what honda racer is trying to say is to each their own everyone has their likes and dislikes.. everyone here has a favorite quad and if one quad was better then the next there would only ever be that one quad in races.. the rider plays about 50 % of a quads performance. if you have a bad rider you can put him on the fastest quad and he will always get beat... and to answer a earlyer post about riding the V on trails thats how i spend my weekends the v is very good on the trails very snappy, yes it takes a little getting used to but once you get the hang of it you can push through tight and twisty trails with the littlestquads like the shee's and 400 ex's i ride with a buddy who has a yzf 450 bout half the size as my V and we race thru the trails efforetlessly the v keeps up and leads nicly ...

I have both machines i like um both. but i will say the V is funner to ride. i have dauls on mine rejetted it will spank a stock raptor. my scrambler 2*4 is ported, lightened fly wheel, bigger carb, and it would out run my V before i put the pipes on the V and rejetted it. If yall havent heard a V with pipes yall are missing out. I purches my scrambler in 01 and it has never give me any problems it a great qaud. my predator will beat both them. I would like to see polaris come out with a 700 srambler.

A 700 EFI Scrambler available in 2 or 4 wheel drive I would have to buy my wife one for mothers day. Now that would be a sweet ride.

so propolaris what your telling me is after you bought pipes and jet kit and w/e else you can finally beat a stock raptor when your vforce costs probably like 7000otd and you had to spend like 700 dollars for the pipes and 80 dollars for a jet kit and it's 40cc's more power, and I know cc's dont matter all that much because the new 450's will outrun any stock quad in production and every other quad except for a zilla and maybe a cannondale. If you put a pipe and a jet kit on the raptor and if you have anything else on your v performance wise put that on the raptor too and the raptor will spank your v

i dont no if you are getting smart or what but yes i a piped and jetted raptor will beat my V. its a close race thoe. the v has more power than the rappy at the crank. but i really dont care the V is funnier to ride and sounds so good. i probably would not have to do much more to my scrambler for it to be faster than my V. but then again the after market is going to go wild with the V.

I have ridden a v and it is really something special I love the 400 and don’t regret it because it was a good price but if I could have had anything it would have been the V-force that acceleration is unmatched and feels like its going to rip your arms off
