you're all smacking ggod crack especially the first reply,,,no way in hell and i repeat what i'm talking about, there is no STOCK sled that hit the 120 mph+ mark,,,i'm a long time sledder and had severals sleds in the past and tried every brands,,,every dudes that make sled races will tell you that it take about 185++ hp to be in the 125 mph,and that is not on the speedo (cauze most of the sleds speedo are off by 10 mph at least except newer firecat) so keep talking crap...
my XCR 800 will hit 130 mph on a lake,,,but i'll not tell you what it take to do so.
the new yamaha rx-1 stock is in the 116-117 mph range even slower depending on engine brake-in.

Sorry mudblaster250, YOU go to yamaha's website. The RX-1 ton is NOT turbo charged, never was and still isn't for 2005. However, the Arctic Cat T660 is.

I know one thing and thats the F7 is faster than the RX-1 and tops about 119...not bad for a twin. And NLWarrior01, you dont need a lot of power to push through 12 inches of fluff, as long as theres a base, ive gone about 55 on the cat in 12 inches of snow with a good solid base and its only 105 HP, and track slippage isnt a big problem in the top end, and track slippage isnt a problem anywhere with my sled. Its hard to hit a high top speed with a track, unless you ride a thundercat.
