Default trailboss 325 vs. Ozark 250

My cousin has a 2001 Trailboss 325 (its in the shop now because he flipped it). I have a brand new Suzuki Ozark 250, if we were to race one day (when he gets his fixed), who would win? Both of our four-wheelers are stock. His is fixing to be getting a new chain and new brake levers (not that that would help him in a race, but I was including that information because I wasnt sure if it mattered.)
Thanks for any of your help.
Ethan

I am going to say the TB325 they are not that fast on top end but still pretty quick.. I have never road a Ozark 250 before so i am not sure on its performance...

I guess you have to race to find out...

Have fun ride safe

I was kinda hoping that his auto tranny would slow him down and that i would catch all my shifts good. He also out-weighs me by 30 or so lbs. My Ozark weighs about 405, and I dont know how fast his trailboss weighs. How much do those trailbosses top out at?

O gosh, somewhere around 500lb But the auto trannys hook up hard he will get the hole shot but you will probably take him on top end.. The TB 325s go around 50mph stock i think.......

Read the 7-ATV SHOOTOUT: ENTRY LEVEL UTILITY MACHINES! article in ATV magazine, (March 2004). The 7-ATV SHOOTOUT was all 04 models.

"The Suzuki (Ozark), with one of the largest motors and the second-lowest overall weight, was the clear-cut winner for acceleration and top speed. About 10 seconds into each radar run, it started pulling away from the field."

It also says "Maybe the sportiest of the bunch, Suzuki's Ozark does everything well. The turning radius is tight."

I looked at the Ozark and was more impressed with the quality of the Trail Boss (I bought the 03 Trail Boss). They did have good things to say about the Boss too - good reading.

I think the Ozark is faster.
