Bubba is a guy on the forum who does porting everthing I have read he's great. Rick ritter at RcR is also great I have done bussiness with him If you call him he will help you out. so will Bubba if he see's this post. I think they will both tell you to get a different pipe FMF is good for some stuff but they don't do alot of R&D for polaris others like rick, hpd, aaen will most likely give you better results. I have the hpd mid range pipe works great for dunes the top end from aaen may be your best bet from what i have read.others will comment on this. Hope this helps Oh yes and milling the head 25 thou. on mine made a huge improvement.

Milling is removing material from the cyl head surface. which creates more comperssion and reduces squish band (the area around the outside of the piston) the fuel in this area does not combust well so by milling it squeezes this normally unused fuel into the center where it can combust better. creating more power. ricks # is 618-644-3211 he can explain this better than I can. porting is removing material from the intake and exhaust ports for better flow. stage 1 is the lowest no porting or milling is included with this I milled my own head. but having someone like rick do it is better theres more to it than just removeing metal.
