I would like to buy a trail boss 330, got a price from a dealer for 3379.00 + tax. Is this a good deal or should I keep checking around?

I got a deal from a dealer here in Missouri for a very good friend for $3175. That was $100.00 over dealer cost, so $3379.00 must be $300.00 over dealer cost which sounds quite fair. If you take into account the cost of doing business rent, insurance, payroll etc. that the dealer has, that sounds like a break even deal for your dealer.

By the way, Welcome to the forum!!!

I got my 2004 Trail Boss 330 for $3489 total, including all fees. See if your state allows for "Farm Use Only" and you won't have to pay sales tax. The price you quoted is very reasonable, plus you're getting a damn good machine. Your dealer has several options available to him, like cutting out the setup fees, and you can dicker with him on these. Go for it!
