Has anyone tried the aftermarket motor mounts from HPD or Hot Seat Performance? They claim them to be stronger than stock. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I wanted the HPD alumn ones but they only recommended it for drag racing not trail riding so I bought the softer version of the HPD motor mounts & I think they are even softer than the stock ones. The front bottom one is REALLY drooping. I wanted to go stiffer & I think I got the opposite.

Jim, Thanks for the reply. I think I'll stick with stock for the time being. I really am not having any problems just thought it migth be a good preventative measure. My bike is a 99 Scrambler 400. It has been RCR'd including ported, Hot Seat head, flywheel ligthened, etc. When the throttle is hammered the bike and engine really "jump" and I thought the aftermarket motor mounts might help keep things in place a little better. It sounds like though if its not broke, don't fix it.
