WHAT PIPE FOR A 330 TRAILBOSS??????????
Randalsacandal,
Go with the White Brothers E-Series Slip On pipe. Rick Ritter modifies them from White B's to fit the Boss. I have one and I'm very pleased. Be sure to double up on the heat reflector tape on you side panel (they use the tape more on sleds). May not be required but I felt better using it. Also, have the mufler positioned so it's just in front of the rear grab bar. This way you can set it on it's a$$ or back into $hi! and not hurt it.

WHAT PIPE FOR A 330 TRAILBOSS??????????
I may have the setup for a Trail Boss 330 available. I bought an RCR kit, but the muffler is louder than I wanted. Gonna have to rethink it. I like to ride at night on my brother's property and don't want to disturb my nephew. It has just a few minutes of time on it. All the hardware and instructions to hook it up to the bike. I am going to see what options I have before I do anything with it, but keep it in mind. Maybe we could work something out.

hhatch.......
Congrats on the new trail Boss. This is off topic -- sorry -- but let me ask anyway. How long after you cold start is your 330 ready to run? Do you have to play with the choke a while and smoke one while you wait for it to get right? That's the case for me, but I love it once it gets warm. Just wondering.

WHAT PIPE FOR A 330 TRAILBOSS??????????
Hi hornedtoad. I have to start mine let it run with choke on full untill it sputters then half choke untill it sputters ond then let it idel for about 5-10 min then it is perfect. If I try to give it gas befor it is fully warmed up it will stall. I am ok with this and just let it take its time to warm up. It probably is a good thing to let it get warm and sort itself out befor driving off.

WHAT PIPE FOR A 330 TRAILBOSS??????????
Mine takes quite a while to warm up. I usually start it with full choke and start easing it back after a couple of minutes. Occassionally I have to restart it. Takes 5 to 10 minutes based on temperature. You are definately not alone. It doesn't bother me too much though. I am used to doing it with my cars. I won't drive until the thermostat moves. I drive them hard, so I give them a chance to get ready.

hhatch. i feel the same I ride it quite hard so I would rather have it warm and ready. AS for as any after market parts for a boss I would go with RCR. I have not dealt with them but from what I have read the service is second to none. Do a search for Rick Ritter and you will soon see what I mean. They must be doing something right to have made so many people happy.
