Default 2003 Predator question

I had the same prob with my 03. It takes awhile to break in the tranny. After a long break in period (months) it will get smoother. The neutral problem is in your adjustment. Your clutch is still engaging just a slight bit. That is why it is easier to do when the engine is off. Adjust it about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch and it should be alot better.

If that doesnt work, trade it in on a DS650 like I did. I am very happy

Default 2003 Predator question

I already took the slack out of the clutch cable, but it is due for a oil change, maybe now that it is warmer out I can recheck the freeplay in the cable. I'm also going to rotate the shift lever down one notch, seems like a long pull to get second gear. Thanks for all the replys, guys.
