cheap upgrades for scrambler

Default cheap upgrades for scrambler

are there any cheaper (like under 200 dollars) mods that i can put on my 95 scrambler 400 to get a little more bottom end i am just starting out with this quad and i dont want to pump money into it just yet

clutch springs and a K&N air filter!!

I will bet some of the 2 stroke scrammy riders will point you to the right clutching
also a kevlar belt

Start removing some unneeded parts. Dump as much weight as you can. Doesnt cost a thing

are clutch springs hard to put on and what do they do also what can i do to drop some weight

u could lighten ur flywheel but it wont be good on the stock engine. u can get a piston kit. oil injector block off.

pipe it, the stock muffler is extremely heavy

and by changing the shift out points what does that do give me more out of each gear and where is a good place to get clutch springs
