if you remember me i recently bought a 95 scrambler it was bogging down past half throttle you guys told me to change the clip on my jet needle i did this with bad results so i put it back and screwed it back on when a neighbor came over and told me he could adjust it by the screws on the side so being the itiot that i am i let him he changed both screws and now it runs like crap i tried to ride it and it barely moved and the exhaust had tons of white smoke coming from it so i turned it off i tried to adjust it back but i dont know much about carbs so i didnt do much good well thats the story

any ideas HELP
