need help to fix my 500 sportsman 2000.cant keep belts or brass bushings in front clutch.every 50 miles must replace them or bike will not shift out of gear and wants to always go .not good for tranny.had to dealer twice and they have no idea.one thing i put a aftermaket spring kit in clutchs and had problems after. is it coinsidence or is this my problem.no many bikes with this kit and no problems.........

I have never heard of this happening to a sportsmen before, I would contact polaris and inform them of your problem...

 

you need a clutch allignment tool, and check your motor mounts.
