need sprockets but dont got deep pockets

i say either get some sidewinders or sunstar, they are both good but sidewinder will last longer, and if u go bigger in the front and smaller in the back there shouldnt be to much slack and u can always tighten or loosen the chain if u have to, it would be easier than adding a link, scott

Adding to the chain is always a bad Idea
The master link is always the WEAKEST LINK and to add a section of chain means you would have two master links, doubling the chance for problems.
Also it is recomended that you replace you Chain and Sprockets at the same time to get the best wear.
If you put a new chain on your Used sprockets the life of your chain will be greatly shortened, and the opposite is also true.
