Good price for 03 Trail Boss new/used?

Hi, I'm looking for either a new or used 330, and have been quoted $2500. for a used 03, and $3300. for a new 03.
How do these prices sound?

Im spending $3550 for a new 04

I was quoted $3500 for the 04.
These prices were given over the phone, without any haggling, so I might be able to do a little better in person.
