Default Grinding Gears when engaging? HELP

Hey everyone! My Polaris Magnum (w/PVT Trans) grinds a little bit when I go to shift into gear from neutral. It seems like when its cold it doesn't do it but as it warms up it does. Any ideas on what It could be? I know someone out there has had to have this at one time or another. Thanks!!

Make sure that your idle isn't set too high, this could cause it.Maybe check the linkage ,it could be loose.Hope this helps.

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

If the idle isnt too high check the arms on top of the tranny for slop.
