Not to say that kids dont cause trouble sometimes, but I wouldnt be surprised if it wasnt some of the anti-access crowd "expressing" their discomfort with having a ORV area nearby.
In Kalamazoo MI, there is a trail that snowmobilers share with cross country skiiers. Sometimes the two are less than courtious to each other. On one particular day we were the only truck and trailer in the lot, the rest were cars with ski racks on the roof. When we got back to the lot the half the windows on the truck were busted out with big rocks. Gee, I wonder who did it...
Watch out, them hippies get vicious when your back is turned.

Very True Heep...I guess from my topic header I suggested it was "young kids". i appologize to any of the young guys who may have taken offense. It very well could be older guys...Anti-Atv maybe. Whoever, they are punks!

you know you can buy some relatively inexpensive video camera equip these days. you can tie it into a motion light sensor or tie it into the internet for easy 24 hr viewing right from your own home.
the town must have insurance so it shouldn't cost more than a $500-$1000 ded. to fix things up.
i think it's a real tragedy when people don't RESPECT each other's property or views.
i just have a zero tollerance for that......

Hey ftwflh,
Seeing that you have internet, I would suggest going to www.mapquest.com . Just go to the driving directions tab, enter starting address and finishing address and it will tell you how to get there. Even break it down into miles and map it for ya. then just print!
