Default rcr trailblazer250 jetting

just had the complete rcr program done to the tb, milled head, ported cyl, lightened flywheel, carb. bored out , hpd pipe, red clutch spring, 190 jet, needle is all the way down (clip is in the top groove), altitude 900ft, this seems to be working good but i was just wondering if anyone else was running this same setup or if there is a better jetting, also i removed the oil pump, thank you

All I can say on the jetting is to keep a eye on the color of the spark plug, look for a nice tan color, if it is white go with a bigger jet, black go smaller jet, this changes with the temps too, go bigger in cold, smaller in hot weather, you should be able to find one to stay with if you don't ride flat out in the cold.

The only thing I would be concerned with I having the needle all the way down can somtimes make it be a little lean at WOT. One thing you can do is if your running wide open pull the choke it should start to miss and load up. if you can pull the choke all the way out and it does not affect it your too lean.
As for the spring the red will work but it'll take a while to shift out all the way and you will need to put alot of weight to it. the pink spring has the same stall as the red with lower full shift out pressure this may be a better choice for you. If your looking for a place to start try pink primary with 58g weights and if your useing your stock secondary spring put it in hole #2 on the helix and #1 on the sheave don't forget to wind it 1/3 trun counterclockwise. I have mine setup this way and like the shiftout of the pink alot better. But it's all rider pefrance.
Good luck
