The scrambler is now up for sale in my local auto trader.. Next is a predator, When i go to buy one what should i purchases???

Should i buy remote reservoirs? It says they are $189 is that each or for both of the front shocks?

The walker evans shocks are way to much for my blood...

Should i buy the polaris skid plates? If so which ones should i buy? or for the whole quad?

Any other pure polaris gear i should buy?

Price is really not an issue, all though i am just wanting to know if its cheaper to buy these items from polaris or the after market??

thats 189 for each rezzie... a good mod from what i hear... and the polaris stock skids are great IMO... cant go wrong with them.
usually after market is cheaper... id look there also.



oh and with those rezzies... you also gotta pay for them to be installed... around 100$ up here... so your payin about 400$ for stock shocks with rezzies...

 

That stock plastic swing arm skid on the Pred is THICK!!! It definately looks like it can take a beating!!!

Cant the buyer install them? that sucks.. I am not sure if its worth the extra money?? I know they help some but i am not going to be racing.. Trail riding, tracks, showing all my honda[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img] friends some pred power...

 

they need to be filled with "rezzie fluid" then hooked up to the shock... it involves more than just slapping them on the frame and screwing them into the shock. i havent done it yet because i figured if i was gonna spend 400$... then id save up another 400$ and get elkas.

 

you have a point there hozed... Now that i know what it will cost i may just let the stock shocks ware out then go with one of the better companies...

 

the stock shocks are pretty nice anyway... and if you dont wanna spend the extra 400$ then the rezzies are a great idea... exspecially if your just gonna be a "trailrider" (I AM FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAH) and goof around...

ya its back together... i spanked around by my buddys on the new 450's tho...
the tranny seems a lil odd again though... we shall see...
