i emailed rcr about getting my bottom end rebuilt twice dating back to last week and still no response. i was going to call them but figured it would be easier on everyone if i just emailed them. I am very suprised that i havent received a reply since their customer service is so good.

 

Your better off calling. If Rick isn't available, leave a message. They are really good about getting back to you within a day or two.

Rick is very busy right now...I would just call him. He just shipped my parts yesterday, and he was telling me that he is so busy. I do know that he worked 7 days last week.

I ordred the stage 1 for the Boss. I'm trying to get my wife a new quad so I can have the Blazer and put the race mods on it. Just my luck, she likes it too much to give it up!
