Front and Rear preload settings, are they right?

Front and Rear preload settings, are they right?
Ok guys, here is my preload settings, is this right or close to right? REAR: Starting measurement:19" After sitting on it:15.5" FRONT: Starting measurement:17" After sitting on it: 15.75" Are these right? I came up with about 3.5 inches of preload on the rear and 2.25 inches of preload on the front. Thanks for the help. Brad
