I was rejetting my pred.....cause i was bogging out from idle to 1/4 throttle....here's what i have carb mod (-4 coils and drill out 5/64)went from a 160 main to a 170 main and a 50 pilot jet. now i'm bogging out at about 1/2 throttle i don't hit the rev limiter to fast and it pulls great so here's what i have all to gether......

w/b slip on , drop in foam uni-filter, 170 main, 50 pilot, air screw turned out 2.5 turns, needle on the second clip from the top.....let me know how to stop this bogg in mid range and this thing will ripp

Where did you get that plastic and seat cover? how much did it cost ya?

 

im just learning carbs so cant really help much,but have you been doing plug checks?oh yeah welcome to the forum..

 

if no one here can help you call up polaris tech they are really great. i have never re jetted so i do not know.

 

plastic was waranteed for my silver and seat cover is custom made by my buddy he does boats and cars too!!!!

around here with your set up i would run a 157.5 with stock pilot and stock screw settings...
i think your way rich...
