You see, you just showed how intellegence you are. The tow ratings are only based on the actual weights multiplied by no more than 2.25 factor. Please refer to the atv safety councle. So a quad that weighs 400 lbs can be rated to pull 900lbs according to the atv safety councle. BUT...that doesn't mean that is all it can pull. Please get the facts straight.

 

its obvious the kawa will out acc. the polaris, becuase the polaris is a beast when compared to the light kawa...add some weight to the kawa to equal the sports...and then see who wins.

A FRIEND OF MINE DID THIS?Im going to die.The bottom line if you want a fast 4x4 get the p700 if you want a work horse get the sp700.All you p700 guys keep saying how fast your quads are.And they are.And if you weight them up to the sp700 you can pull like them.GREAT.Thats fair.But since you have the 120 pounds on the racks to make the pull fair find a EFI sp700 and drag race you wont think you quads so fast anymore>>>fairs fair right.Ive had my sp700 in atv pulls and the only quads thats ever beat it was other polarises.And for fun Ive draged with other big bores and havnt won to many...Just ride the things and have fun.As for me I like things made in the go old USA thats why I ride what I ride....So for all you guys with these bad *** quads find a atv pull near you and have fun......

Who really cares who faster or can pull more. People buy what they think is best for them....of course they are defending their purchase.

There will be faster bikes than the Kawa and bikes that will pull more than the Pol.

Where do you get your information that the sp700efi has more low end torque than the 700 prairie??????

Yes your quad is made in the good old USA, but check where all the parts are made....you might be very supprised. My quad was made here to so that is a very mute point.

 

You said it best. People just get defensive when you have idiots who start throwing out opinions as facts and are blowing in the wind. I thing polaris quads are very good, but I get tired of some of the owners bashing other quads just to try to make their quad the best. It is stupid!!!
