I was on Polaris' website last night and saw that they have a Dale Earnhardt Jr. Edition Predator. I didn't look at it too long, but is it exactly the same as a regular one and just have graphics and red fenders, or is it hopped up in some way???

its the same motor and suspension it just has nerf bars and i think some other little part. but its not faster in anyway. at least i dont think it is.

 

The dale jr. pred also has a aluminuim front grab bar. Has anybody seen a dale jr. pred in person yet? My dealer here hasent got one in yet but when he does it's MINE!!!!!!! I've already paid for it in full, I paid $ 5,099 otd. Sucks have in to wait for it to arrive though. Just like 2002 when we all reserved our TLD pred's in August and had to wait til December for them to arrive!!!!

 

5100 OTD. on a Dale Jr pred. how did u manage that. thats like 1300 dollars off MSRP. u must have a inside connection.

 

Superballs, I have bought 7 quads from my dealer over the past 4 years and yes he does cut me a deal. I only pay dealer cost plus I throw my dealer a few hundred for his time and a case of beer and all is well. My Polaris dealer also happens to be my John Deere dealer where I also buy all my equipment for my landscape business that I own. Lets just say 4 wheelers are "pocket change" compared to what I buy for my business. Last year I bought 4 brand new John Deere 270 skid loader's at $35,000 a pop. So when ya do business like that wouldn't you expect a little deal for a 4 wheeler? I certainly do!

Oh ya, have you ever seen what the mark up is on a Polaris 4 wheeler, it's over $1,000 at most dealers

 

thats cool, i would hope they would cut u a deal. i got my 04 pred for 5500 my boss knows the manager so i get a little deal but its better then no deal.

 

Superballs, they cut you a deal and still made at least $500 bucks I bet. Ya gotta take what you can get and NEVER, NEVER pay MSRP.

 

yeah, i got a "free helmet" and stuff, i mean i get discounts but yeah something i better then nothing.

Just uncrated our first one! 3:45 PM 3/24/04 That red looks awesome. One thing I noticed that was not published, the Predator logos on the tank are actually raised emblems instead of decals like the rest of the Predators.
