I have the hotseat 500 speed kit and its awesome....I have been told that hpd is alittle better but my scram is fast, and wheelies with ease, I love it.
Advice for future mods....take those stock 800 pound rims off and put like a set of itps or somthing....When i took mine off i lost like 5 pounds per rim...the weight adds up

heres somthing i have posted in another forum.... maybe it can be of some help
On my scrambler, I have a Hotseat performance clutch and exhaust system with a K&N air filter, set of aluminum rims(shaving around 20 pounds), Hotseat seat cover, red skid plates, black body kit on it with red hand guards.
The difference??? "the hotseat speed kit made a huge difference in performance...Due to the fact that the scrambler is like extremely heavy and has 4x4, wheelies were a pain to tear up and hold...after i threw this kit on, all it wanted to do is wheelie. Note: I have heard from people that HPD make pretty much better everything as far as this kit goes, and the only thing i can say is that with hotseat i had blown my clutch buttons one time upstate and i heard that with the HPD kit, they give you superduty clutch buttons to prevent this.....Although the buttons broke(pretty much made me inmobile) A quick trip to the polaris shop fixed that(a 70 dollar bill for everything).

Both are good but if you can get the dealer to install the HSP kit at no charge go with it.
