How good are Predators in water???
#11
yeah, thats what I thought, but we had trouble from day one with that. Last year I pulled the clutch cover off, and pulled off both clutches so I could take the back half of the cover off, then I replaced both seals and siliconed them really good, and put everything back together, I also replaced the long seal between the 2 covers. That finally seemed to help. Then I had an incident one day where I got it in, up to where that vent is for the clutch, and that filled with water quickly and I was screwed. I wish they would have mad that vent hole a little higher, or by the engine air intake, then you wouldn't have to worry about it.

My 04 is up right next to the engine intake. I have had water come uver the racks when I got into a river too high and it kept going! If you think there is still a problem then you can fill the clutch cover with water and look for leaks there, I did that just to make sure I didn't have any
