Motor update - 250 Traiblazer

Can't you put the 99 carb on the 2001 motor you should be able to.I had a 2000 TB with the cylinder hook-up-it is a horrible design it melt the hose it cost me a top end.

Yes, the carb fromthe 1999 fits fine on the 2001, but where do I hook up the oil injector hose to the 1999 carb?

Sorry i misunderstood you.What I did was took the spigot out of the cylinder and drilled a hole in the carberator on the cylinder side and pressed it in with a little jb weld to seal it .It worked fine.

there should be a tube on the right or left hand side of the carb with a black rubber cap on it pull it out with a vice grips and install yours for the injection or i have a carb off of my o3 i will sell you
