Corrosion on Disc Breaks??

Corrosion on Disc Breaks??
I've got a 03 SP500 and the (inner part) of the disc break looks like it's corroded. Is that normal? Is there something I need to be spraying on them to keep them from corroding? Just look's a little odd that's all. Thanks in advance.
