Ok, simple...my scrammy goes this fast right now~!!!!....and I need it to go this fast~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!.....So what can I upgrade??? I have the ISD2 exhaust from supertrapp..rejeted..hpd airbox...k&n filter.......is there any big bore kits out there??? if so how much and were can you get them?? I'm getting like 500 bucks in a couple of months to do whatever with the scrammy..I could add on to that some too...but I want some big power but I also don't want it to screw up my machine any or make it less reliable...so what do you guys think...all I know is that I'm having a hard time breaking out wheelies..and thats just bad

I'd say talk to Rick or Dennis because they can hook your scrammy up to SCREAM!!!!

I have a stock scrambler and would also like a bit more top end, but from what i have been reading i wont get to much more speed because my scrammy is 4X4. To get more speed i need a new set of sprockets. Mods will only get me there quicker. Please correct me if im wrong on this folks. I could not tell from your sig if you have a 4x4 or 2x4. Im not willing to loose my four wheel drive for the extra speed!

If I was you, I would first check out HPD's website, and then call them and see if they are thinking the same thing as you are.....HPD or if you want porting and stuff like that or other performance, contact Doug Nicholas......and check out his site(listed below)...If you get it polished and ported, which I suggest, then you need to talk to Doug. He does it right, and makes power...every one else just cleans up the ports. If you really want to, just call him up and talk to him about power and performance....he will give advice.

talk to Rick. The 4x4 comment is not true, you can get PLENTY of power and speed without removing 4x4, and mods can help with speed.

The only guy making a big bore kit (600cc and 628cc) is Mickey Dunlap @ Four Stroke Tech. The 600 kit is a little less involved than the 628 and can be run on pump gas. You can give him a call @ 814-842-6159 after 3 pm (or PM him on the forums). The 600 kit was around $800 if I remember correctly. I know that you have the exhaust and intake taken care of, but have you yet considered a clutch kit and TEAM secondary?

How are you clutched now?If you are still stock a clutch kit or a TEAM secondary and differant spring will help.BUT on the wilder side have you ever thought NOS system? On a differant note the 500s arent known for speed but for torque if you want speed trade for a 400 Scrammy.

BBS~ I just pm mickey so I'll get some info from him

Ftw~I do want something faster..but I'm not going to lie..I love my 500 and I love to have the 4x4...I like the 400's also but my 500 is my baby so I figured I would just beef her up to a 600 or so...as for the springs..I still have stock primary and secondary
