new wheels/tires for scrambler
#1
thinkin bout gettin new wheels and tires, should i keep the stock sizes or go bigger? (i kinda want more ground clearence) How much low end would i lose if i went 1-2 inches bigger all the way around? Would it still be ridable in really slow trails without burnin up the belt? From what i've read it seems that i should keep the size ratio of the front and rear tires-(the fronts being 1 inch larger than the rears I believe) I was thinkin C series wheels and mudlites , is this a good choice? Any feedback is greatly appreciated

You should be fine. I wouldnt go any bigger than 25's though. For the best deal, contact Matthew at ATV Outfitters. Tell him Jason from Saginaw, Mich. sent ya

1 more thing: it seems like the clearence between the rear tire and the fender/foot peg/whatever is pretty tight, would i have to adjust anything to fit a larger wheel/tire combo in the back or does it just look to be too close?

There really isnt any way to adjust that clearence. I dont see it being an issue though, unless you go with hug tires like 26" or larger. But, I would say if you were to keep it 25" front and 24" back you should be fine. The scram wasnt really built to handle the extra stress on the drivetrain from huge tires
