pilot fuel screw

Default pilot fuel screw

put on my hpd pipe and my jet were is my pilot fuel screw help. i got a scrambler 500 2004 thanks

Can anyone help me out with this as wll. My HPD pipe showed up yesterday and was wondering the same thing. If you look at the link below what would be its number?

Look at # 32,33,34,& 35 this is where you make your adjustment. # 32 is your screw.

There is a brass cap that is on top of the screw. I had to drill a small hole in it and then put a screw in it and pull it out. the brass cap is inside and flush with the metal on the bottom of the carb. It is on the side of the carb that connects to the engine. There is three parts that stick out from the bottom of the catb on that side, it is the center one. If you clean it out you will see a screw or you will see a cap in there with a small hole in the center. remove that cap and it is just under it. If you drill a hole in it make sure you don't drill all the way into the screw!. Just drill in about a 1/4 of an inch and screw a metal screw into it and pull cap out with pliers.
