i just bought a carb off of a 400 im guessing thats 34mm i have the rcr stage 1 low end kit do you know how i should jet this thing and what kind of gains should i be expecting

Funny you ask this. I just found this PDF file on our carb at the Mukuni site. Explains everything and tells how to tune it, even for race. Round Slide Carb PDF for tuning and trouble shooting This explains alot!!!
