After being beat to death on his 92' 250x, my Father-inlaw is in search of something that has a good plush ride for trail riding. We like to carry a good pace, and he has narrowed it down to two machines. Hes interested in either a Z400, or a Preddy. Power is a plus for the predator, and reverse is a nice feature for the Z, but hes most interested in getting the plushest ride. Have any of ya'll rode both? Can anyone give a honest(read: non-biased) opinion of either one? I have heard that the Z was a very comfy setup for out on the trails, wanted some opinions from people that actually have one, or better yet BOTH. I don't own a z400 but I have rode one...the handling is great...and it just feels really comfortable...Its one of those quads I could ride all day and then some....Great for trail riding...The reverse is handy and a plus...and with a few mods..the z-400 can fly...I never rode the pred..but I sat on one at the dealer...It felt a little weird sitting on one...like something was off..but I'm sure you would get use to its feel in notime
