Default LUBRICANTS FOR POLARIS

I just realized I messed up on fluid changes on my 2004 sportsman. I asked the dealer about a month ago for whatever fluid I needed in my front transaxle. He gave me a bottle I went home drained the front transaxle and refilled. Went in yesterday to get fluid for my front hubs and he gave me the same oil. Did he make a mistake the first time or are they the same?

I use Amsoil and the transaxle uses different oil than my hubs on my 02 SP 500 HO. I use synthetic ATF oil in my hubs and another type in transaxle but can't remember the name of it now.

Are we talking about a Sportsman that has the hillard clutch in the hubs or in the front gearcase? If it has the hillard clutch in the hubs, then that takes the Polaris On-Demand hub fluid (or synthetic ATF) and the front gearcase takes 80W-90 GL5 gear oil. If it has the hillard clutch in the front gearcase, then it takes a different type of fluid

if the clutch is in the front gearcase, then the gearcase takes "hub oil", and the hubs don't have any oil in them-like my sp600.
