The decal on my 2000 Mag 500 says 3 psi in front and 4 psi in the back.I have changed it to 4 psi in the front and 5 in the rear.Have any of you played with different pressures and why do you have them set higher or lower?

The lower you go the more tracktion youll get but you dont want to break a bead on turns or jumps or tire fold

On a big utility quad, set the fronts up around 5 to 6 pounds and it will steer a little eaisier. Higher pressures generally will get you a little more speed and will turn easier. Lower pressure generally will give you more traction and a better ride. Play will it a little and see where you like it. Oh, I think your sticker says 4 in the front and 3 in the rear. You might want to double check this.
