OK, my scrambler hits hard in mid range and up but low end is still not very good. the plug is a light brown and this is good ? I power brake it with full throttle and the back tires will not spin but gets just enough power to Move the bike forword with the front tires locked. i did notice i have a 14 tooth sprocket off the transmision. is that why i don't have any low end or is it somthing else i have a plain primary spring and a light purple secondary. Not sure what to do on this

why would you power brake the bike for one, and secondly if the thing wont move under its own power, it sure as heck isnt good to do that, i would check the make sure that the belt isnt frayed, or the clutch weights arent bad

It may make some weird noises. But you wil definately notice it in the low end. Seeing that you pretty much have a trail mod setup, you may want to upgrade to a stronger Kevlar belt. You can get a Gates AT4090 belt from NAPA (Gates makes the HPD belt) for about 1/2 the price of the HPD belt, or a Dayco Max2 belt #MAX1121M2. I have that belt and it grips great!

You might try and check your belt deflection and see if it's out of specs. I believe it's 1 1/18. Place a straight edge across the top of the belt between the drive and driven clutch and push the belt down until it's lightly tensioned and then measure the belt deflection. You can either add shims to decrease belt deflection. Also make sure your clutches are aligned properly. I just had my drive clutch rebuilt and it made a huge difference in accleration and believe it or not backshift. You might just need a new belt though. See if your dealer will replace it. They supposedly have a lifetime warranty.
