Check the fuel line on the left (clutch) side of the machine where it passes behind that "Y" looking frame bracket. Mine was worn about 1/4 the way through and I only have about 8 hours on the machine, a quick covering with some split loom solved that. While you're looking, check the rest of the hoses and wires for similar probs.

I just got back from my dealer to have a hole in my fuel line fixed. What was disturbing was there were 3 other places that were rubbing that would have also become holes in a matter of time. If you have an EFI I'd check the whole fuel line, not just the place Gordy described. Polaris needs to do something about this b/c someone could get hurt.
